There are eight active branches which cover all parts of the Island.
These branches are organised in groupings of electoral divisions (wards) and parishes, as follows:
- Cowes Area (Parishes of Cowes, East Cowes, Gurnard and Northwood)
- East Wight (Parishes of Bembridge, Brading, Havenstreet & Ashey, Newchurch, Nettlestone & Seaview and St Helens)
- Newport, Carisbrooke & Whippingham
- Greater Ryde (All of Ryde parish, and Wootton, Fishbourne & Binstead)
- Sandown & Lake (Includes the Shanklin North parish ward, which is part of Lake South electoral division)
- Shanklin, Ventnor & Wroxall (Parishes of Shanklin (except Shanklin North parish ward), Ventnor and Wroxall)
- South Wight (Parishes of Arreton, Chale, Chillerton & Gatcombe, Godshill, Niton & Whitwell, Rookley and Shorwell)
- West Wight (Parishes of Brighstone, Calbourne, Newtown & Porchfield, Freshwater, Shalfleet, Totland and Yarmouth)

The branches organise political events and social functions from time to time, including fundraising to support election campaigns. More details of events can be found elsewhere on this website. Please note that events are only open to paid-up members (unless otherwise advised). Branches are also involved in the selection of candidates for local elections, and organising local campaign activity.
